Series 2: The Woman Factor – How Women at the Top Impact Organizations

According to research, when women are in power at the helm of an organization, the organization excels in many ways including its profitability. This panel will explore what impact and changes occur to businesses when women are CEO’s, General Counsel, Managing Partners, or sit on the Boards of organizations. How does the “woman factor” change the culture, management style, philanthropy, innovation and financial well-being of the organization? The women on this panel hold top leadership positions and will provide their perspectives and share their experiences.

Series 3: Gender Stereotypes at the Bargaining Table
