THAIs AGAINST HATE: TABA Installation Gala on 5/20 @ 5:30 p.m. PST

Join TABA for our annual installation virtual event starting at 5:00 p.m. PST for reception. The official program starts at 5:30 p.m. PST.

Tackling the issue on the forefront of our minds, Thais Against Hate, will reflect on the rise of AAPI hate incidents and how we, as Thai Americans, members of the larger AAPI community, and our allies, can support one another and become more actively engaged. We are also offering a small scholarship to a law student who submits a short reflection on a time when the student encountered or witnessed harassment and/or violence on account of race.

Our guest speakers include Judge Bryant Yang, the first Burmese American judge in the United States, and Jee Suthamwanthanee, an activist seeking accountability after the death of a Thai elderly man earlier this year.

The event is free. A premium ticket for $25 includes a Thai-themed gift set.

RSVP by emailing us at rsvp@tabalawyers.org.
